 單元一：縫紉必備工具介紹

Module 1: Introduction to essential sewing tools

工欲善其事，必先利其器。縫紉工具眾多，會逐一為你講解，令你掌握每種工具的應用方法，讓你的縫紉過程得心應手。
“To do a good job, one must first have the right tools.” 
There are many sewing tools, and we will explain each one of them to you so that you can master the application of each tool and make your sewing process more smoothly.

 單元二：了解尺寸與量身

Module 2: Understanding Size and Tailoring

了解如何量身及尺寸是服裝設計的重要基礎，掌握此技巧才能製作出符合身型而突出體態美，同時又合身、舒適服裝。
Knowing fitting and size are important foundations of fashion design, and mastering the techniques can create clothes that fit your body and highlight your beauty, while fitting well and wear comfortably.

 單元三：布料和材料知識

Module 3: Knowledge of fabrics and materials

了解各種布料優點和特性，使你之後在製作不同款式類型的服裝時能夠事半功倍。
Learn about the benefits and characteristics of various fabrics, so you can master different styles and types of clothing.

 單元四：實用針步應用 與 縫合各類型鈕扣方法

Module 3: Knowledge of fabrics and materials

縫紉是服裝設計的必修技巧，要完善服飾細節，必須掌握手針縫製技術，
而縫合鈕扣可用於各種服飾上，學會後，可以親手為自己或家人修補服裝上掉落的鈕扣。
Sewing is a basic skill in fashion design, and to perfect the details of clothing, it is necessary to master the hand-needle sewing technique.
Stitched buttons can be used on a variety of clothing, and after that, you can repair the fallen buttons on your clothing for yourself or your family.

 單元五：認識衣車與操作

Module 5: Understanding the sewing machine and its operation

衣車會使我們在縫紉製作時更方便快捷，此單元會解說衣車的結構和功能，讓你能夠輕鬆駕馭。
The sewing machine will facilitate the sewing process significantly and make it much easier to handle.

 單元六：實用車縫應用

Module 6: Practical sewing applications

傳授最實用的服裝長短、闊窄修改工藝，讓你可以親手改良心愛而不合身的服裝，不假外求。
Teach the most practical alteration techniques that you can alter your favorite but ill-fitting clothes with your own hands. Be environmental friendly and easy.

由設計到製作完成，基本要求是擁有穩固的縫紉根基，我也跟其他同好一樣是從零開始，一同面對剛開始時所遇到的障礙，縫紉本身是一件易學難精的工藝，當中的巧門和所需應用的工具眾多，可能會令你無從入手，但透過我們的一個有系統的
教學方法，令學習縫紉變得簡單直接，不再兜兜轉轉，必定讓你愈學愈興奮。

About Classics Anew Academy

「華服學堂」是一個教授各類型中華服飾製作的學習平台，曾參與過課程的學生來至十多個國家，學員超過三千人。

課程結合了新一代時裝設計師及傳統老師傅畢生的縫紉經驗，讓大家可以由淺入深，有系統地掌握將近失傳的華服製作工藝。

Over 3,000 students from more than 10 countries have enrolled in the program. The course combines the lifelong sewing experience of a new generation of fashion designers and traditional masters to provide a systematic approach to the nearly lost art of Chinese clothing making from the beginning to the end. 

理念與方向

華服是歷史最悠久的民族服飾之一，透過推廣華服，讓大眾認識華夏豐富和優美的服飾文化，感受中華文化的博大精深。眼見世界時裝潮流日趨西化，華服趨於式微，傳揚華夏服裝文化的使命變得日漸緊迫，而要使其得到重視和發展豐盛，則需要從教育開始。

本學堂致力傳承及弘揚華服文化，注重傳統華服手工製作的學習與文化交流，讓人人都可親身體驗華人文化世世代代
「以針傳情」的民族情懷，讓更多人可體會中華服飾的內涵及韻味。
Through the promotion of Chinese clothing, the public can learn about the rich and beautiful culture of Chinese clothing and experience the profundity of Chinese culture. As the world's fashion trends become more westernized and Chinese clothing tend to decline, the mission of promoting Chinese clothing culture is becoming more and more urgent, and to make it more important and flourish, we need to start with education. 
The academy is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Chinese clothing culture, with emphasis on the learning of traditional Chinese clothing craftsmanship and cultural exchange, so that everyone can experience the national sentiment of Chinese culture that has been passed down from generation to generation through the art of sewing. We aim to enable more people to appreciate the profound meaning and sentiment of Chinese attire.

導師介紹

林春菊 Janko Lam

  Introduction of Janko Lam. 

Janko Lam 林春菊 是時裝品牌「新裝如初」的首席設計師及
「華服學堂」的創辦人。

為了能夠更有效地傳承中華文化，她成立了「香港中華文化活動推廣協會」，團結一眾中華文化愛好者共同推廣和傳承日漸式微的中華文化活動。

致力在香港社會及時裝界提升大家對「中華服飾」的關注，Janko參加了香港時裝設計師協會，多年的貢獻和經驗亦獲
香港政府「創意智優計劃」邀請擔任審核委員會的委員。

林春菊成立學堂的初衷是『希望每位華人都擁有一件自己的華服』，她認為華服絕非高不可攀，反而應該是平易近人，不論專業的裁縫或我們身邊的家庭主婦，大家都可通過學習縫紉，
自行設計及製作一件華服，只要有一個良好的學習平台，縫紉亦可像烹調一樣成為家家戶戶都能夠掌握的技巧。

Janko Lam is the chief designer of the fashion brand "Classics Anew" and the founder of " Classics Anew Academy". In order to pass on Chinese culture more effectively,  she established the Hong Kong Chinese Cultural Activities Promotion Association to promote and pass on the declining Chinese cultural activities with a group of Chinese culture enthusiasts. In her efforts to raise awareness of Chinese clothing in the Hong Kong community and fashion industry, Janko joined the Hong Kong Fashion Designers Association and was invited to be a member of the vetting committee of the Hong Kong Government's Create Smart Initiative for her years of contribution and experience. She believes that making our own Chinese clothing is not unattainable, but should be accessible to everyone, whether it is a professional tailor or a housewife around us.
